Step I -  Go to control panel.

Step II - In control panel click on Programs.

Step III - Now Click on Programs & Features

Step IV - Click Turn Windows Features on or off.

Step V - On pop up menu scroll down and click on telnet client and telnet server and OK.

Step VI - Now Feature of Telnet will install.
